Choices are not shown on dropdown of Awaiting info on Hr agent workspace (configurable)

Hi 

On my instances for HR case when we suspend any HR case Suspend dialog box pops up, but dropdown choices are not showing for reason on HR Agent workspace, similarly when I try to do same on native view of hr case dropdown choices are shown in Reason field.
