Is there a way to clear conversation history from the Virtual Agent? I can see there are Conversation / Conversation Message tables but I dont want to start deleting records out of those until I'm sure there's not a "real" way to do this.
Thanks!

As far as i know , service now is handling chat history clearance using URL parameter . Please find the link inline for the same.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/create-va-standalone-client.html
There is no another way i came forward for clearing the messages in chat window.
Regards,
Sachin

Hi there,
Yes this is possible. Though, you have to change the widget for this unfortunately.
