Copy Case Feature Agent Workspace - Yokohama

Is there a required plugin or set up in order to see the option "copy case" in Agent Workspace?
I have installed Agent Workspace on my PDI and on subprod environments, but this option is not available.
According to Docs, Copy a case in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management, it doesn't mention any required set up.
Please help. Thank you.

@Yasmin You are right, no extra configuration needed to see "Copy Case" option. Follow these troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure you installed the right plugin "App id: sn_hr_agent_ws".
- If the plugin is right, then just execute cache.do and logout.
- Login as an admin or a user with sn_hr_core.case_writer and sn_hr_core.case_reader roles. Open a case in the HR agent workspace and click on more options (3 dots). You'll see the "Copy Case".
Hit "Correct", "Helpful" or "Like" depending on the impact of the response.

I have the same problem and these troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue.
