How to create a metric definition to count the duration from Awaiting acceptance to Closed complete of an HR case

Hi @Fin Nguyen 

You can simply create a Metric Definition with type Field value duration on the State field.

It will capture the duration time whenever the State changes.

Sample below.

Then check the Metric Instance, you will see the Duration.
