CSM/HR Workspace, not showing Suggestions in fields that used in earlier cases Post YOKOHAMA upgrade

Hi All,

After the YOKOHAMA upgrade, we've noticed an issue in both the CSM Workspace and HR Agent Workspace. Specifically, previously entered values in 'String type' fields, as well as in the 'Response Template Search' and 'Related Search' sections, are no longer appearing as suggestions in new cases.

Example: In a Customer Service case, I entered "test" in the Short Description field and saved the form. Later, when I cleared the field and attempted to re-enter data, the system did not suggest "test" as a previously used value. This behavior is also observed in the 'Response Template Search' and 'Related Search', where earlier selections are not being suggested during subsequent searches.

Can someone assist with resolving this issue? I've attached relevant screenshots for reference.
