Hi All,
After the YOKOHAMA upgrade, we've noticed an issue in both the CSM Workspace and HR Agent Workspace. Specifically, previously entered values in 'String type' fields, as well as in the 'Response Template Search' and 'Related Search' sections, are no longer appearing as suggestions in new cases.
Example: In a Customer Service case, I entered "test" in the Short Description field and saved the form. Later, when I cleared the field and attempted to re-enter data, the system did not suggest "test" as a previously used value. This behavior is also observed in the 'Response Template Search' and 'Related Search', where earlier selections are not being suggested during subsequent searches.
Can someone assist with resolving this issue? I've attached relevant screenshots for reference.

After the Yokohama upgrade, users have reported that previously entered values in String type fields, as well as in the Response Template Search and Related Search sections, are no longer appearing as suggestions in new cases in both the CSM Workspace and HR Agent Workspace....... This issue is not observed in lower environments, and there is no history available to check if any changes were made to the content types......To resolve this, it's recommended to verify the configuration settings related to suggestions and search functionalities in the upgraded environments and ensure they are consistent with the previous setup.....
