Custom inbound HR integration: how do I trigger it?

I configured a new HR Integrations Source, Integration Service, Service Mapping, Schema Mapping and Transform Map for an inbound integration. How do I trigger this integration to start retrieving records? The documentation says to create an HR Integrations Schedule Jobs record, however there is no guidance on what to put in the script field.

Someone at SN told me that this HR Integrations module is deprecated or on the way to being deprecated.  New integrations should use integration hub.
