Hi,
Using Decision Builder, is there a way to make an empty condition a default answer (if none of the other conditions match, the result against this empty/default condition is returned via decision table API)?
I did not find any option within Decision Builder which designates a condition/result default. However, as a workaround, individual conditions can be edited by visiting "sys_decision_question" table and be manually tagged with "Default Answer = True".
#DecisionBuilder #DecisionTable
thanks,

Ye, I believe you are right. That is actually quite a downgrade from the old UI where it was possible to select the default answer quite easily.
So your current workaround is the right approach until they have fixed this and make it part of the Decision builder UI.

If anyone else is looking to find this answer, I had the same problem in my pdev and eventually realised I was on an old version of decision builder. I upgraded the plugin to version 4.1.2 and the default answer is there; this should be default in patched customer instances.
Hope this helps someone in the future!
