Hi there,
Im facing a weird issue in the DemoHub environment. In the environment the Skill determination business rule is switch off, as well the Skill determination rule for the particular COE table. One of a way, ServiceNow still assign a skill to a HR Service once it have been submitted. Example the payroll skill for the example service Payroll discrepancy.
Anyone has an idea what is causing this?

@Alex87 Can you check the HR Template added on the Payroll Discrepancy Service? Skill can also be populated using the HR Template
Remove the skill from the HR Template and the skill would no longer populate on the HR Case.
Hope this helps.
