Disable commenting checked but still Leave a comment showing in kb_article

We have checked Disable comment in our knowledge base but still Leave a comment box is showing in knowledge article. Please suggest

You can try clearing the cache and reloading the browser, or check the article specific settings. These methods are elaborated below:

1) Clear Cache and Reload the Page:

Sometimes, changes might not reflect immediately due to caching. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the knowledge article in an incognito window.

 

2) Verify Article Configuration:

Open the knowledge article in question.

Check the article-specific settings to ensure there is no override enabling comments.
