Due Date Configuration for Awaiting Acceptance of HR Case

I have two requirements, one is to show the actual due date in the Awaiting Acceptance task of HR Case in the Service Portal. Currently, it's showing as No Due Date, which I need to modify with the actual due date which is configured as 2 days. And another requirement is to need to change the title as Accept/Reject Resolution.
Can someone pls help on this? It's a bit urgent.

Thanks. Yes, after the doing the above changes that you mentioned, it's reflecting to the tasks from My Active Items, but not if I open the task/to-dos from My Request.
