Email attachment not visible in activity in HR Case

Hi all,
Using the Email client functionality in the HR case, I am sending an Email with an attachment. The email is received by the user with the attachment. But the attachment is not visible in the activity where as the same attachment is visible in the activity when I send it as an attachment from the email client of the the incident record. Can any one please help? Is there a property which needs to be checked for this issue?

Hello @muktha1 ,
Generally, ServiceNow has a default attachment size limit. If the attachment size exceeds this limit, it will not be attached to the HR case. So, check that but if attachment displays in incident activity then you need to also verify below points:
1. Verify that this was checked in the HR case record same as incident.
2. Also verify that any existing System properties, BR, UI policies etc. that affecting the visibility of attachments in the HR Case activity stream.
