How to Hide 'Tasks/To-dos' tab from Employee Center Pro based on a condition?

Hi!

I want to hide the Tasks/To-dos' tab from Employee Center Pro based on the following condition: (See image below for reference):

It hides that tab, IF the case has a parent case (the case that hides is a child case)

 

Anyone know how to achieve this?

  1. Navigate to Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration
  2. Open the record corresponding to your table (e.g., "sn_hr_core_case")
  3. From the "Tab Configurations" related list at the bottom of the form, select "Tasks/To-Dos"
  4. Adjust the condition in the "Visible" field as needed (e.g., append "Parent is not empty" condition)
