Reminders - HR Agent Workspace

What is the expected functionality of the reminders within the case? Example, I created a reminder on a case - was able to successfully title it and set a date/time and save it. Confirmed this displays in my list of "My Reminders" - however, I did not get any sort of reminder notification and the deadline has passed but the reminder remains in a Not Sent state. How do you "work" reminders to mark as complete or ensure the notification is received?

Hello @azeimet - 

This is unfortunately expected behavior. There is a Scheduled Job that runs every hour to collect the list of reminders, and if the timing of that reminder falls within the timeframe, then you will get a notification from the Notification Bell, in the upper right-hand corner:

Then name of the scheduled job is Show HR agent reminder.

I went to the scheduled job and executed it manually, and now my reminders show as Sent:

I would say, if you want to make this execute on a much faster rate, then change the timing in which it runs.
