Email sent is visible in HR case in activity Stream list

The Emails was triggering in the Email Logs, but It was not visible in the Activity stream, also am added Filter Activity Sent/Received Emails, but it was not visible

Hi,
In production or sub production?
Normally sent email is showing in the activity once the email state in the email log changed to sent, most of our sub production we turned off email sent option. Just change the state in the email log record to sent and refresh the record form and it should be appear in the activity.
