Employee Center Advanced Portal Navigation analytics - click count?

Hi all,

 

Are there analytics for the Advanced Portal Navigation in the Employee Center (i.e. how many times each menu item is clicked on)?

Hi,  Go to User experience, click on dashboard .

Click on employee center in application and it will open the dashboard, you can check there the topic wise usage.

This doesn't really show me what people click on the Advanced Portal Navigation though, because some of the links go to external sites - any idea how to get analytics on people clicking on those?

I created a case for ServiceNow Support regarding this question and they looked into it and came up with this response:

Post checking in with the internal team we determined that there is currently no OOB way to add a search facet for Advanced portal navigation. Since implementing this will be a customisation, it will out of scope for support to assist upon as we can only assist on OOB break-fix issues.

However, if this seems something important to you and that if you's like this to be considered as an enhancement in the future releases, please feel free to log it as and idea on our Idea Portal
