Enable Approve/Reject button on ESC portal

Hi Experts, 

 

We have a requirement of adding the approve / reject button on ESC portal on the request page . If the resolution given by the agent is correct and the user is satisfied it will accept the solution otherwise reject it . How can we enable this buttons ? Is it OOB available ?

Can we also set the state as per the acception and rejection like if accepted close if rejected WIP. Please provide your suggestions.

Hi,

 

If you are referring to HR cases, yes it is available OOB. By default the case will moved to Awaiting Acceptance state when agent resolves the case. This will create a To-do for Opened For to accept/reject the resolution.
This will be available on both My To-Dos page and Request page with yes/nobuttons
