Hi,
Below are the error steps.
1. Create HRIT Operations Case
2. Open the created case and display the Audit History tab by right-clicking Configure > Related Lists.
3. Right-click the upper part and execute Export > PDF (Portrait)
4. When I reload the page I get the following error
From the error content, try the contents of the following article
1. Set Scope to Global
2. Click System Applications > Application Cross-Scope Access
3. Set the following
Application: Global Autofill
Source Scope: Global Autofill
- Target Name: "Name of the Table which needs access" →'sn_hr_core_case_operations
- Target Type: Table
- Target Scope :Human Resources: Core.
- Operation: Read
- Status: Allowed
- Submit the record.
↓ I get an error that Global cannot be specified as Cross scope privilege source scope
Could you please tell me how to resolve the error?
Thank you

Hi,
I manually registered the Application Restricted Caller Access as shown in the attached file and the error no longer appeared.
So I could resolved it myself.
Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @mtymytk ,
1. Navigate to All -> System Applications -> Application Cross-Scope Access
2. Click on new button to create a new record.
3. Once the form is opened, change the application from Application Picker in header to "Human Resources: Core"
4. Now fill the form with values like the one shown below.
Try now!
Thanks,
Anvesh

Hi @mtymytk ,
You'll be looking for the Application Restricted Caller Access list. Open that and you'll need to find the the relevant item (sn_hr_core_case_operations) that is causing the restriction and you'll need to change the state to Allowed.
Cheers,
Justin
