Export HRC ticket to PDF issue

Good afternoon, 

 

Users in our organization were able to export HR cases to PDF, and suddenly the are not able to do so, they get error:  Security constraints are restricting the page 

I did locate the ACL causing the issue (sn_hr_core_case ) operation: save_as_template , and I assigned all the required roles to users, but they are still not able to export to pDF .   any advice?

Any recent upgrades?

How about admins?

On HR Cases form, export as PDF option throws error 'Security constraints are restricting the page'

See if this article helps you, it seems to have solved my issue today. HR Agents are unable to export HR Cases to PDF. - Support and Troubleshooting

@samirmeroua The message you are seeing is due to Application Restricted Access Caller records getting invalidated. For more information please refer to https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-application-development/page/build/applications/conc....

 

Also, a direct solution has already been proposed by @Rob Bushrod Please refer to the support article suggested by him to resolve this issue.
