Agent workspace not submitting the HR case

Hello

 

I am unbale to submit a case in Agent workspace for HR case management. It is only in submitting state and not actually submitted

@Nazhath2 Check the System log and see if any errors show up in logs. Also, try and repair your Agent workspace plugin and see if it fixes the issue.

You could try to repair plugin as suggested by Sandeep above, that may help.

 

Otherwise, I would suggest to use the new HR Agent Workspace instead. Seems to me you are using the (Classic) version. More info in link below:

I see its submitting for other cases and not for employee relations COE only

@Nazhath2 Could you please check if the agent who is trying to create Employee relations COE case has sn_hr_er.case_writer role as according to ServiceNow docs

  • Agents that can work an ER case must have the HR ER case writer [sn_hr_er.case_writer] role.
