Failed to load PDF document error

The Sign Document HR task works in Dev. However, after cloning to Test, I receive a "Failed to load PDF document error". Screenshot attached. Thanks for any help to resolve this issue.

Hi Chris,
The Failed to load document typically is where the HR Service does not have the "Automatically Create Draft Document" as a Case Option. If that case option is set, can you see the document as a fulfiller if you go to the case and preview the document?

Unchecking "Exclude large attachment data" checkbox from the Request Clone Options maintains the PDF attachment with the Managed Document. Thank you!
