Feedback widget is not working on Employee Center Pro

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to add Feedback experience on EC pro portal. I have updated Feedback configuration, feedback definitions for Employee center pro portal and also try to add Experience Flow Feedback on Topic page, Experience workflow feedback widget on catalog page but it is showing nothing on the portal. 

 

can you please help us to resolve this issue ?
