Hi All ,

I need some information , When running Healthscan I am getting some error as below . Can someone help me why we get these kinds of error.

For Pages : All service portal pages must have specific role defined at page level to restrict access to required audience.

For Records Producer : Record producers should be assigned appropriate role, record producer script should secure GlideRecord and/or GlideSystem API calls.

For Widgets : All service portal widgets must have specific role defined at widget level to restrict access to required audience.Make sure to define roles on service portal widget to limit access to required audience.

Health scan suggests that you need to add a role to widgets and pages to make them more secure as roles on the service portal limit access to required roles/audience.

navigate to Service Portal > Pages and add required role/roles for pages

navigate to Service Portal > Widgets and add required role/roles for widgets
