Hide "At a Glance"

Is it possible for an individual agent to hide the "At A Glance" section on the HR case in agent workspace?  We tried turning off the "Show Sidebar"

HI @Dennis Ford  You can deactivate the AtaGlance Sidebar Panel item for HR Cases. Go to Workplace Experience > Contextual Side Panel. Then open the AtaGlance that has the HR Case as the table. Deselect the Active checkbox and save.

@michaelj.sheridan We did not want to turn it off for all users.  It seems if the user deselects the "Show Sidebar" option then they should not see the "At a Glance" panel.  Is that correct?  In Quebec we were seeing this behavior, but now in Rome our users still see the "At a Glance" panel with the "Show Sidebar" option deselected.  Should we open a HI case to log a defect or are we missing something?  Thanks!

Hi @Dennis Ford The way we configure contextual sidebar pages in classic workspace(Quebec) and WEP workspace(Rome) is different. For classic we have a module ‘Contextual Side Panel’ in platform but for WEP we do it in the UI builder within the contextual sidebar component’s configure section. This is why the behavior changed. I would go the path of reporting a case in Now Support.
