How to add a new List in HR Agent Worksapce?

How can I add a new List to HR Agent Workspace? I've been looking at documentation and can find information on Agent Workspace (incidents, problem, ect.), but can't find anything for HR Agent Workspace.

Hello,

You can leverage links there for ITSM in HR as well, coming back to Creating list , you can go to 'All Workspace' , then open 'HR Workspace' in HR workspace scope and add under existing category, if you want to create new category then create one and add list to it. It's simple. Mark my answer as correct if that helps

Please see following two steps to create a list on HR Workspace

  1. Change an app scope to  "Human Resource Workspace"
  2. Go All Workspace to click "New" to create new list (see the attached screenshot)

For anyone still wondering, you have to configure the List Applicabilities. Look at this table: "sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list".
