How to add Chat Menu item in ESC pro Header beside HR Mega menu

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Employee service center to ESC pro and have installed HR Taxonomy. Now we have a requirement to add "Chat" Menu item(Which will open the chat window and start VA conversation) & "Call" Menu item(redirects to an article page) beside HR Mega Menu. We have added few lines of code in Header widget of the ESC Theme we are using for our portal. After that the Chat and Call Menu items are added in separate sub Navigation bar instead of adding beside HR Mega menu. Can anyone help how to add all three(HR Mega menu, Chat, Call) in a single navigation bar. Please find the below Attached Image.

Hi Sandeep,

I have created 2 menu items namely "Call"(Redirects to a KB article) and "Chat"(Should redirect to chat window and start VA conversation as per above mentioned image). While configuring "Call" menu item I have given the Type as "URL" and gave the URL to re-direct to the KB article. But for Chat I'm not clear what "Type" should I select so that it should open the chat window and start VA conversation. Could you suggest how can I achieve the chat functionality using menu items.

It should be URL as type .
