How to add Knowledge article to HR service? in HRSD

 

As per the Fundamental course it says KB articles can be added to HR case, HR catalog item and HR service.

 

Can anyone help me to add KB article to HR service?

Hello Pooja ,

 

1. You can create  KB article to HR case by using following step:

2.You can add KB article to HR catalog item by using following step:

3.Add KB on HR service by using this option.

The solution which you have provided to add KB article for HR service is useful when you want to create a new KB article for the HR case if the Knowledge checkbox is checked on case form. 

 

My question is, the way how we attach KB article directly to catalog item, same way can we attach the KB article to HR service as well?

Unfortunately, there is nothing available OOTB to attach a KB Article to the catalog Item.

You need to have a custom solution , please follow the steps for the custom solution:
