Hi,
How to add new field in Case Details section. I have to create new field in HR case creation form in 'ABC' HR service.
Any help on that.

I got my solution. I have added new field in table and then I have added that field to case configuration.

Hi @Community Alums,
We can only add available field from this layout. This I know I have to create new field in this section.
Can you please help me to create new field in case details section.

" case details section" comes under "Case Creation" itself and the way i mentioned above is the correct way of adding a field.

What about from UI Builder? How do I add a new field through the UI builder for case details page?

Hi @niveditakumari ,
You never mentioned that you wanted a custom field on your question!!
So you added the custom field right? and you have used the same concept as i mentioned above to add that field to case creation page right?
