Hi All,
Actually we have main Case table, and i have created one SLA on that table, and we have some other Case tables as which are extends from Main Case table.
Now my requirement was when i created case on the other Case table records, then the SLA which was created on the Main table needs to attach to that record?
please help me resolve this
Thanks

Hi,
You need to create SLA for extended tables as well. Considering fields are same you can simply do an Insert & Stay by chaning the table name for the Main table.

Hi @Ramu6 ,
This is not how SLA definition works. You need to create a SLA definition for the specific table you would like to have a SLA attached.
