How to change placement or order of buttons in HR workspace

Hi Everyone,

i want to change the placement or the order of two buttons "close complete" and close incomplete , i need close complete to come first and close incomplete to be shown once i click on the three points is there any way to make it?

Okay - and when you go into the deeper records that I showed, are both Close Complete and Closed Incomplete assigned to that group?
