How to change the MS teams Ui action Direction --It is currently taking to OOTB portal

Hi all, 

We have integarated MS teams in our project. In MS chat VA is working as expected but after a case has been created using Teams VA there is a UI button available on chat GO TO HR CASE..this Ui is taking us to the OOTB portal which it shoudlnot do..Is there any way I Can modify this..

Please help
