Hi, 

HR Portal: Employee Center Pro Homepage - Human Resources 

Request is to create a widget with a welcome message at the top of the homepage. It does not allow a user to filter (which IT does have). Without the filtering capabilities, articles that are in other languages will be listed first and they are not able to view US related articles without scrolling through several pages, etc.

 

This is my requirement and i have create widget and pages but unable to popup welcome message in service portal. could u please help me any one this.

For a welcome message I recommend using a Banner.
