Hi All
I want to disable auto asiignment for auto assigment for HR Tasks in the HR case which are created before the parent case is assigned to a assignee.?
Basically when ever case is created then assigned field is empty, if we assign the case to particular assignee, based on the this field value, the hr tasks of the case are automatically assigned, if we donot assign HR case to any assignee, then then HR tasks are assigned randomly to any members in assignment group automatically
So my concern was we need to Disable auto-assignment for the tasks which are created before the parent case is assigned to a assignee.?
Please help me achieve this
Thanks
Hemachandra

Hello
It is difficult to say from where task are getting assigned but you can check Business rule or Assignment rule or even matching rules and make changes accordingly.

For HR case, when the State field value is changed to "Ready" after click "Ready to Work" button, ServiceNow ensures someone to be assigned to work this HR case as well as the related HT tasks as a part of OOTB feature.
You can turn down this auto assign feature by adding the "Skip auto assign" field your HR case form. If you check this field, the auto assign feature will be skipped.
Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps
