How to disable the choice while transferring a case

I have requirement to disable a choice while transferring a case. Is there any easy way for that?

Hi Harish, 

Yes you can use the HR Transfer Case Configurations to show/hide specific options for an HR COE. You can find the records in this table - 'sn_hr_core_transfer_case_config'

You can manage the drop downs you see based on HR COE and show/hide based on HR criteria as well. The link mentioned by Yousaf has all the details you may need.
