How to effectively & accurately measure T0 (Self-Service) deflection (HRSD)

I understand there is 

User Experience Analytics, Conversation Analytics Dashboard (Deflection Topic Block), Content Analytics Dashboard, HR Success Dashboard Indicators, Self-Service Analytics (Activity Patterns), Performance Analytics (Automated Indicator), Knowledge Article Effectiveness, Predictive Intelligence - but do we have a single place to measure T0 deflection (HRSD - Employee Central Portal: Content/Knowledge/Virtual Agent) 

 

Self Service Analytics does show some of these indicators but seems like there is nothing OOTB for HRSD. So, how can we achieve this requirement?
