Hi All
We are getting onboarded as a SNOW Partner and we are exploring HR SD for a prospect
Any idea, How to enable HR Service Delivery , Journey or Lifecycle events in PDI in Tokyo build
I tried role and plugin, couldn't find anything

Hi @Vijay Shankar J ,
You can install "Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions" Plugin or Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events for Enterprise plugin [com.sn_hr_lifecycle_ent] on your PDI and also Load Data. This will create new Lifecycle Event on your PDI using which you can understand it's functionality and you can modify it or create similar Lifecycle Event to practice.

Also @Vijay Shankar J , Journey Accelerator application is not available for PDIs as it's a store application.

FYI, I tried installing HR Module. Works. Tried installing the Journey Designer, I am getting dependency error - sn retry handler - Needs to be purchased from Store but checking the store this doesnt need any subscription. Weird error.
Am I missing something. Thx

Hi @Vijay Shankar J ,
As i mentioned, you cannot install Journey Accelerator as it needs be done from Servicenow Store.
That's not an error basically , it's the fact that it has to be purchased from ServiceNow Store and you need to pay the subscription and it's only possible in the Customers instance not in PDI.
