How to enable the Standard Ticket Page on the ESC Portal for HR Cases?

We would like to evaluate and test the Standard Ticket Page on our ESC Portal.  Our Test environment has been upgraded to Paris. The Service Portal - Service Catalog v2 plugin has been enabled. However, when I click on a HR Case from the my_requests page, it opens in a customized HRJ Case Info page rather than the Standard Ticket page. Incidents  open in the Standard Ticket page correctly.

How do I redirect the  HR cases from the my_request page to open in the Standard Ticket Page?

Hello Marty,

Portal Page has to be updated to standard ticket page in Portal settings in "Request filter" table as below.

Please navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter.

I have updated the portal page to standard ticket page for HR cases open filter, you can apply the same for other filters as well where needed.
