How to get the Playbook Tab in Agent workspace after installing the Playbook plugin?

Hello All,

So I am trying to view the Playbook tab in the HR Agent workspace specifically for Lifecycle event cases OOB in my personal dev. According to docs, I see that once the plugin is activated, and case is either in Ready/WIP state , this tab should be visible. However, this is not happening so. Are there any other settings that am missing to view this Playbook tab.

Hi

the Playbook tab is added automatically if an active process was triggered for your record. Therefore check first what process are installed and if they are active.

Hi Zhang,

I have already followed your video but the playbook tab did not appear. After installing the plugin, i created a new HR Service, event type - playbook and followed exactly the same steps as in video. But it did not show up. Can you let me know if any other points I missed to add.
