How to get the Playbook Tab in Agent workspace after installing the Playbook plugin?

Hello All,

So I am trying to view the Playbook tab in the HR Agent workspace specifically for Lifecycle event cases OOB in my personal dev. According to docs, I see that once the plugin is activated, and case is either in Ready/WIP state , this tab should be visible. However, this is not happening so. Are there any other settings that am missing to view this Playbook tab.

You may need to ensure HR case state on "Ready" state.  If it is not, please click "Ready to Work" UI action button so State will be changed to "Ready".

If it is "Ready" state, "Playbook" shall be displayed in HR Agent Workspace.
