Recently, working with HR Agent Workspace, I tried to import a word file for a Knowledge article and I could not find how.

In HR Agent Workspace is this still possible ? And if yes, where and how to add it?

Unfortunately, on HR Agent Workspace you don't get "upload" option , it has to be done via backend/Native UI.
