How to make knowledge articles visible even if user language is not english

I have a requirement where i need to make knowledge articles which is in english visible even if the user language changes from English to chinese or some other language. Does it possible to achieve these through scripting in widget.

I think your requirement may require customization of widget.  You can look at Knowledge Language Facet widget.

yeah i have clone the kb categories-kbv3 widget as per my requirement. Can you please help me where i need to change in code to make knowledge articles which are in english make visible to other language users
