How to order the ui policies ?

I am getting the message "There are multiple UI Policies with the same Order for this field" what should I do to make it work ?

Hi there,

 

Investigate which UI Policy Actions are on place on the same field. Verify if they are colliding, or that they need to be revised, combined, etc..

I have set the order higher than the conflicting one but it's not working
