how to related a document to kb article

Hi, I wanted to know the process of linking of linking documents to kb articles.
2.In a kb article, the article body is having a link, if I click on the link the document should be opened to view instead of downloading.how we can acheives these two
Any help will be much appreciated.

Linking Documents to KB Articles in ServiceNow
Upload the Document:
- Navigate to Knowledge Management > Documents and upload your document.
Link in KB Article:
- Open the KB article, use the Insert Link option in the rich text editor, and select the uploaded document.
Test the Link:
- Save the article and click the link to ensure it directs correctly.
Opening Documents for Viewing
- Use Proper URLs: Ensure the link leads to a viewing mode (e.g., Google Docs view link).
- Check MIME Types: Make sure server settings allow documents to open in the browser instead of downloading.
Test the links to verify they open as intended.
