How to report on "Helpful? Yes/No" at bottom of article?

Hi All,

I would like to create a report that indicates when someone selected the 'No' button for the question, "Helpful?" at the bottom of our articles. Can you tell me what table I should be pulling from and if I need to dot walk to anything?

Thanks much!

Hello

"Helpful? Yes/No" responses at the bottom of most article pages are recorded and can be seen in the FeedBack Management > Feedback list under Knowledge in the platform view as shown. The response will show under the 'Useful' column.

NOTE: If you do not see the "Useful column then select the "Update Personalized List" [gear] icon. Move "Useful" from the 'Available' column to the 'Selected' column. Select 'OK'.

Please Mark ✅ Correct/helpful, if applicable, Thanks!!

Excellent, thanks so much Sulbah.

With your reference, I created a report from the Knowledge Feedback [kb_feedback] table and added the column Useful.

Thanks again,

I am glad it worked.. Thanks 🙂
