How to set default filter to “Requests” instead of “All” when accessing “Submit Request” from ESC Po

Hi all,
In our ESC Pro Portal, when users click the “Submit Request” link from the homepage carousel, the system currently opens the request page with the default filter set to “All”.
We’d like to change this behavior so that it defaults to “Requests” instead.
Has anyone implemented a similar change or can guide how to set a specific default filter when navigating from the homepage carousel link?
Any suggestions or best practices would be appreciated.

Hi @BiswajitD
You need to change this widget, but it’s an out-of-the-box (OOB) widget and high risk; modifying it could create chaos in future releases. Also, you aren’t allowed to change this widget. Why do you want to change it? Because it’s only a filter.
