When the HR agent is trying to add collaborator to ER case and tries to save. He is getting error message "servicenow Cannot add/remove other collaborators from list"
If the HR Agent is not the case's Assigned to user, they can only remove themselves from the list. This is being controlled by the "Collaborator can only remove themselves" OOB business rule.
