Hi all,
Can anyone detail the steps used OOB with screenshots for configuring the ALL Cases or Priority cases Single score component in the Overview tab of HR Agent workspace? I want to create some more Single score Data Visualizations on the HR Agent workspace Landing page under the Overview tab. I created the client state parameter/ Data resource using appropriate filters as in "GetLandingpageCards ALL . But am not able to find out from ServiceNow docs the series of things to be done in order to get another single score component which can be drilled down further. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @muktha1 ,
You can achieve this by using UI Builder.
1. Search in your navigation for ''UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management''.
2. Once you opened UI Builder you should see this page:
3. In the overview, click on the landing page (OOB = Landing page default). This will open the landing page setup.
4. Once opened, you see the landing page of HR Agent Workspace and here you can add, remove or edit the reports and indicators.
Let me know if you need any additional information.

I have created a variant of this landing page of the workspace already where I want to add my custom components also along with the OOB ones. I wanted to know the steps involved in configuring any of those components(All Cases/ High Priority) in the overview tab as it involves many steps like client state parameters/ Data resources/ client script and so on. I want to understand the configuration steps in order so that I can add components with custom filters

Hi Michael,
Can you please list down the steps involved in an existing report(example-High Priority cases) in the overview tab so that we can create similar reports in our variant of the landing page?
Thanks
