Hello,
Can someone please help me with understanding how the HR Benefits COE is different than the Total Rewards COE?
Is there any OOB HR service that is part of the Benefits COE?
Thanks!

@AS36 I don't see any risks. I recommend you to review fields fields available on both the COEs and see which one is more relevant for your service.

HR Benefits COE:This COE is focused on managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.
Total Rewards COE:This COE covers a broader spectrum of employee compensation and rewards beyond just benefits. It includes areas like salary, bonuses, stock options, and non-monetary rewards.
401(k) Enrollment and Management Is one such HR Service which is part of Benefits COE.

@Sandeep Rajputthank you for your reply!
I double checked on my PDI, all the HR services related to 401(k) are part of the Total Rewards COE as well.
Is there any risk/drawback if we keep on adding HR services to the Total Rewards table even if they are kinda related to the Benefits?
