Hi all,
Client is requesting for functionality to exist where a deskless employee can send an SMS text message which in turn would be ingested into ServiceNow and create a general case. Does anyone have any previous experience with a similar solution?

Hi Nick,
I have done similar with a Twilio integration. The client would need to have a Twilio account to get this configured.
