HR Case Creation Search - Employee Search is not working

Hi All,

 

What could be the reason why a particular user is not found when creating a case while searching for users in the employee search page?

Hello @Krishna73 

Open the dictionary entry for the field where you are searching for this user.

If there is any condition added in the field, you need to confirm the user & the profile satisfies this condition.

@SatyakiBose Am serching the user while creating a new case see the screenshot below -

are you sure that user is active and not locked out?

Are you checking as an admin or non-admin?

@Ankur Bawiskar  The user is active and not locked because while searching the same user using email id am able to find the user but when I am using his/her name then am not able to search and checking in as an admin.
